We recently sold what remained of the old home place in Chatham County NC. The property was landlocked with five owners that an unrecorded access road crossed their property. Doug Moore worked tirelessly in order for the buyer to gain recorded access to the property. All this was during the COVID-19 lockdown so our meetings were via phone, text, email, and Zoom. The recalcitrant owners of the land that the road crossed were finally persuaded to sign access and everyone was happy.

Phenomenal realtor especially when dealing with land sales. Most realtors take only a few photos when listing a property and have no way to show you around. Doug takes the time to learn everything he can about the property and takes many photos throughout the parcel. He also has invested in a very nice side-by-side to drive clients around and access otherwise difficult-to-access areas of larger tracts of land. We were referred to Doug Moore by a local housing agent who explained that buying vacant land is a specialty and, in many ways, more complicated than buying a house. With Doug’s guidance, we selected a handful of properties to see in person. He scheduled visits, provided a UTV to view every corner of the land, took GPS tagged photos, and even drone photos of our favorites. Once we found a property we loved, Doug helped us complete soil and septic studies, arrange land management planning, and monitor the previous owner’s completion of a key improvement – all in addition to the usual closing items.
