Getting Started

The first time we meet or converse, we will discuss what your selling objectives are. This is a good time to ask questions, and I will give you an idea of what to expect during the selling process. We will schedule a time to visit the property to do an evaluation by walking the property in addition to getting preliminary ground photos and aerial photography. After the site visit, an analysis is performed back at the office which takes into many factors about the property but also what the market is currently doing. 


Determining List Price

Pricing your property competitively, at the start, will create more activity among brokers and buyers and lead to a more successful sale. 

Establishing the value and list price for your property involves researching and comparing similar properties and weighing factors including location, condition, amenities, and market conditions. We will arrive at a competitive price aimed at generating strong buyer activity.


You're Ready To Sell Your Land

Once you decide you are ready, we will review and sign a standard Listing Agreement. We will also complete all of the mandatory disclosure forms. With todays technology much of this can be done electronically or in person also. Many of our clients are absentee owners and meeting in person is not an option.
